Angel Beats!

Angel Beats! was pretty cool. It took me a little while to actually get into it, since to me it seemed like nothing more than some crazy anime. But after a while of not being able to find anything on tv, I decided to actually just bite the bullet and sit down and watch this show. It was pretty okay if you ask me. I have seen way better than this show but, since I watched it im going to tell about it. So this show is about a group of people that have died and haven't gone to heaven for a reason. They sit around and fight this girl they call Angel, though her real name is Kanade.

Otonashi, our main main character, has no memory of his past and struggles to find out what happened to him to make him die. The SSS group, which the characters name themselves, continue to fight and fight with Kanade. After a while, however, Otonashi soon goes and comes to befriend Angel. He soon finds himself falling in love with her. Due to him falling in love, monsters come and start devouring anyone that is there to reset itself because love isn't supposed to exist in that world. Kanade and Otonashi struggle to send everyone to heaven so that they can pass on and not be eaten by the monsters. Soon, the only people that are left in the story are Kanade and Otonashi. Kanade tells him that she is really happy that he gave her his heart. I think that for one is really sweet and cool...but also a little weird. Just a little bit but what can you say right. Anyway though, Otonashi is the one left behind after that to save anyone else that is to go to that world. He is left there to get everyone to heaven.

To tell the truth. I would only watch this on the most boring of days. Sure, it had its good points. Sure, everyone should watch it. But they should watch it eventually. Maybe this sounds like a cool thing for those of you that are into things like this, but it just didn't catch my attention as I thought it would have. To me, the best part of the show was the singing from the band they had formed. That was the coolest thing in the world to me. The song was amazing and just made you want to sing it over and over again!
